Laura Lauzarique is part of our customer experience team at Bender. Before joining Bender, Laura worked as a logistics specialist for companies involved in the import and export of chemicals. Prior to relocating to Pennsylvania in 2018, she lived in Florida, where she served as an export and import coordinator for a freight forwarding company.
At Bender, Laura assists customers with inquiries related to their orders, enters orders into the system, and prepares the necessary export documentation for shipments to countries across the Americas. She collaborates closely with the shipping coordinator to ensure all orders meet shipping and regulatory requirements. Laura also supports her coworkers as needed and creates order reports to track shipments, ensuring timely deliveries and effective coordination with the production team.
What Laura appreciates most about Bender is the collaborative environment and strong sense of teamwork. She values how everyone is willing to help one another to ensure operations run smoothly and customers remain satisfied. She also admires Bender’s culture, which promotes respect, open communication, and continuous learning.
Outside of work, Laura adores dogs and enjoys writing and reading, especially historical romances, espionage novels, and fantasy stories. Whenever possible, she loves to travel and explore new places, cuisines, cultures, and landscapes.
Her favorite Bender product is the LIM2010 since that is what she works with the most. She's continuing to learn more about Bender's full product range every day.
