The Bender Group, a medium-sized family company and a technological leader for electrical safety products, has committed itself to constant development in the fields of corporate responsibility, quality, environmental protection and energy efficiency. These principles developed by the company members and management are demonstrated in the guidelines and our Code of Conduct and are binding for all company employees.
In order to comply with these high standards we have developed an integrated management system according to DIN EN 9001, 14001 and 50001 the objective of which is the continuous improvement of our products and processes in terms of quality, environment and energy efficiency.
The executive management makes the necessary resources and information available to achieve the company's strategic and operative goals.
The Bender Group has committed itself to special behaviour patterns. These are summarized in our Code of Conduct following the example of the ZVEI Code of Conduct.

They also promote civic commitment and volunteer activities of our employees.
As a global manufacturer of electronic products, traceability of the supply chain is of paramount importance to Bender.
This holds true in particular for so called conflict minerals. As a manufacturer, we are not able to certify the country of origin of the minerals contained in the products manufactured by our suppliers. Nevertheless, we are committed to working with our customer base to supply products meeting our customer's specifications.
We are aware of our responsibility and will pass-on pertinent information relating to the products that we are advised may contain conflict materials, when communicated to us by the component manufacturers themselves or our suppliers.
Bender is committed to corporate social responsibility and sustainability efforts.
