Before joining Bender, Kris spent over 13 years working in the SAP world, gaining deep expertise across multiple industries. She previously served as a Senior SAP Techno-Functional Consultant for a global mining company and later as an S/4HANA Supply Chain Consultant specializing in Secondary Distribution and Retail Fuel Network operations (solutions designed for the downstream oil and gas industry in the United States).
At Bender, Kris provides day-to-day support for SAP business users, troubleshooting issues and implementing effective resolutions. She analyzes existing SAP processes to identify opportunities for optimization and efficiency improvements. Kris also collaborates with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into functional specifications for SAP enhancements, coordinating with technical teams and headquarters to implement and test solutions. Additionally, she documents key processes, configurations, and best practices to ensure long-term system reliability and knowledge sharing.
What Kris enjoys most about Bender is the culture, collaboration, and amazing people she gets to work with each day. She values the supportive environment that encourages teamwork and continuous improvement.
Outside of work, Kris enjoys exploring her creative side through digital art, charcoal drawing, and painting. She’s also an avid RPG gamer and longtime Final Fantasy fan. When she’s not gaming or creating art, she loves singing, traveling, running, hiking, and cycling. Among her favorite travel destinations are Iceland and Switzerland—two countries she loves for their breathtaking scenery. She describes Switzerland as peaceful and nature-filled, while Iceland, the land of ice and fire, captivated her with its volcanoes and dramatic landscapes. Kris recently visited Prague and was struck by its rich history and remarkably preserved architecture, calling it the most historic city she’s visited in Europe. A fun fact about Kris: she has always dreamed of being an animator. Before graduating college, she attended a camp for Disney artists and later worked briefly at Disney Hong Kong. She’s also a fan of BTS and other K-pop and J-pop artists, and she enjoys reading Manga, Nancy Drew, and Harry Potter.
Kris’s favorite Bender product is the iso685, because of its advanced capabilities in ground fault detection and insulation monitoring that reflect the same innovation and precision she values in her own work.
