Before joining Bender, Rebecca built a strong background in project management, clinical research support, and human resources operations. Most recently, she worked as an Associate Project Manager at Clinical Ink, where she managed project plans, coordinated study changes, and collaborated with cross-functional teams to ensure successful study execution. Prior to that, she supported multiple clinical research studies as a Study Support Coordinator II, overseeing timelines and documentation using Salesforce and ePRO systems. Earlier in her career at Vanguard, Rebecca served as a Total Rewards Coordinator, supporting HR operations and process improvement initiatives related to compensation, benefits, and payroll.
At Bender, Rebecca is responsible for preparing, reviewing, and processing customer billing documents in SAP, including credit memos and RMAs. She ensures all invoices are accurate and compliant with company standards, verifying details such as freight charges and sales tax. In addition, she leverages Salesforce and SAP to streamline billing operations, improve efficiency, and support timely payment collection from customers.
Rebecca appreciates Bender’s supportive and collaborative work environment, where teamwork and communication are highly valued. She enjoys being part of a positive company culture that recognizes and rewards hard work, and she values the welcoming atmosphere and strong sense of community that make Bender a place where she feels motivated to do her best every day.
Outside of work, Rebecca loves spending time with her husband, Mike, and their three children - Mason (10), Paislee (9), and Aubree (1). She enjoys being outdoors and feels happiest near the water, whether it’s a day at the beach, boating, or fishing. Being by the ocean brings her peace and balance, and she loves sharing those moments with her family.
Rebecca’s favorite Bender product is the company’s ground-fault monitoring systems, which she sees as a perfect example of how Bender combines safety, innovation, and precision engineering. These systems detect electrical issues early, help prevent downtime, and keep operations safe, reflecting Bender’s ongoing commitment to quality and reliability.
