Before joining Bender, Jarod was a Warehouse Associate and Shipping at Austin Hardware in Reading, PA. He currently works as a part time baseball coach for the Berks County Bulls. 

At Bender, Jarod receives and inspects incoming shipments from various suppliers, including our products from Bender Headquarters in Germany. Also, he helps the shipping department when needed for freight and carrier shipments. He supports the production team with organizing inventory and keeping everything straight.  

His favorite part about Bender is the culture. He appreciates that Bender gives him the ability to be innovative and work independently.  
In his spare time, Jarod loves watching sports and anime, working out at the gym, going to the family cabin in the mountains, learning about history and different cultures, and spending time with his family. His favorite sports are baseball, football, soccer, and professional wrestling. Jarod is a diehard fan of the Phillies, Eagles, Penn State, Bayern Munich, Germany soccer, and WWE. Jarod is married to his high school sweetheart, Keila, and they have a daughter named Kaylin.

Jarod’s favorite Bender product is the MIPs Modular Isolated Power Panels because they provide electrical safety for operating rooms and critical care areas. This product is fascinating to him because his wife, mother, and father-in-law work in the healthcare field.
