Bender is thrilled to announce a significant development in its leadership team. Steve Mason, Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Bender Inc., is now responsible for the entire Americas Region, effective immediately. Alongside his role as CEO of the Bender US subsidiary and Vice President for the North American region, he is now Vice President of the Americas region.
Steve’s appointment comes as part of a restructuring of the Bender North and South American businesses, bringing the whole region together under one management.
In his 23 years at Bender, Steve progressed from an engineer to Managing Director of Bender UK, to his current role in the US, where he is now accountable for the entire region. He has been at the forefront of developing growth in markets such as healthcare and critical infrastructure, which led to a significant increase in sales of the two largest businesses outside of the Bender Headquarters in Germany.
The decision to choose Steve reflects the company's deep confidence in his leadership abilities. He reports directly to Heinz Nowicki, General Manager and Chief Sales Officer of the Bender Group.
Combining the regions under one management creates a more efficient business structure, aligns the North and South American strategies, and unlocks future potential for growth.
